Dear All,

You all know by now that we are bringing a lot of changes in our Business to make things better in terms of operation, management and most importantly work environment.

As part of part of it, we are officially introducing a new level in our management as “Shift Supervisor”.
This position has been designed to help Management in running shifts smoothly, by assisting Managers in

• Ensuring Discipline and Productivity of the shift,
• Checking up with employees regularly
• Delegating project/tasks/duties and follow up
• Evaluating employee performance
• Solving day to day problems,
• Enforcing policies

In addition to the above, Shift Supervisors are expected to make recommendations to help improve shift efficiency.
This position will work closely with GM though but equally accountable to AGM/Head of HR/IT Department.

We have plans to have a Shift Supervisor in each shift. As part of that in February 2019, we have appointed Bradley as Shift supervisor in EST and today March 4th, 2019 we are appointing our second Shift Supervisor in Morning shift.

We are really happy to say that this time we didn’t have to look outside for this position, YES, it’s a PROMOTION!
He is our very own experienced colleague, came a long way with us and proven himself to be a good leader, loyal, dedicated, demonstrated the ability to manage a floor of any given size.

All these qualities have made our job easier finding the right candidate for this position, gave us confidence that he will make a great Shift supervisor.

It’s NONE other than Mr Shafkat Habib Sam

From today onward, He will be assisting managers performing their duties as described above, and will be first point of contact for morning shift employees.

I hope you all will co-operate with him as the Official Shift Supervisor.
