Dear All,

To operate & manage the business better in coming days, we are working on improving different aspect of the business, to make things better in terms of operation, management and most importantly work environment.
As part of this continuous effort, we are bringing some changes in management this time.

In management, you may remember few years back we introduced Team Leader position to help us manage people more efficiently, and a major part of this role was to help team members improve their skills by guiding them, mentoring them as needed.

BUT unfortunately this didn’t work for various reasons. We have found that it isn’t very effective in our business, so we decided to REMOVE TL POSITION from our hierarchy and introduce 2 new management positions.

All TLs will become SUPERVISORS. With less authority, and less responsibility. A separate notice will be sent to explain this. The other new position will be Shift Supervisor, details will be announced soon.

Removal of TL position will be effective from Monday March 4th 2019.

All employees will be under their respective managers and HR until we announce Supervisors.
