Gmail/Other email ID creation.

Hello Guys,
Some of us need to create new gmail/other email id to use for office purpose. Whenever someone requires a email ID, he have to submit a IT ticket mentioning what email id(gmail,yahoo,hotmail etc) he requires and why.
After IT ticket is submitted, IT executives will create one for you and configure it on your outlook or browser and will inform you.
No one is allow to create new email id(to use for office purpose) on their own.
Also all TL's should instruct this policy to all their team members and new members assign to them.
