Hello Everyone,

We have had quite a few performance issues lately and this is becoming a concern. Along with new people, there has been a number of older employees who were having lack of performance and we are getting complaints from the clients which is very bad.

One of our observation is that many of our people are too busy with socializing, party etc and thus lacking concentration on the work they are doing. As a result, they are making silly errors on client work and also doing things wrongly which is causing loss to client business.

We haven't pay much attention to these social gatherings previously as we do not mind people being social and having a good working relationship. But as we get bigger and when it is effecting the employee performance, we need to put a stop on this. It seems these sort of parties and social gatherings are happening too frequently now a days and people are wasting too much time on this stuff.

So going forward, effective immediately, any kind of parties and/or social gatherings (birthday, anniversary or anything else) are banned in office and no one should arrange anything like this anymore.

Everyone is advised to keep their social life outside office and concentrate fully on work which is the main objective they come to office for. Any such socializing within the office premises is a violation and will be treated with disciplinary actions.

Hope that makes sense and everyone will follow this strictly from now on.
