PROMOTION: Max as New TL

Dear All,
It gives me great pleasure to announce a NEW TEAM LEADER.
Effective 1st DECEMBER 2018, MAX will be promoted as an official Team Leader, heading our WEB DEVELOPMENT team.
Max joined the company with a lot of energy. He is very passionate about his work and he learns new things all the time. He always finds ways to solve problems, and he never says “I can’t do it”. Even though he doesn’t have great English speaking skills, Max has improved a lot, he has learnt from me many things on how to handle a development project, how to support other team mates, and he will use these skills to lead other developers. He is passionate about his work, and takes his job very seriously. These are some qualities of a Team Leader. This gives me confidence that he will make a good Team Leader who will work for the benefit for our company.
Very soon your managers will send you an updated Team Structure so you can see who the team members will be for our new Team Leader.
At Staff India, we notice everyone and everything. Some of you might be working on roles that get little attention from me or your managers, but I assure you we watch everything ,we watch the good and the bad people. We watch the people who care about the company and those who don’t care so much. We watch for things like:
- how you handle situations
- how you behave
- how you operate
- how you work
- if you are learning all the time
- your enthusiasm
- your energy
- your personality
- and your attitude.
Staff India is a young growing company and there will always be future opportunities for promotion.
In our next Annual Conference I will be discussing Career Progression so that you can see the opportunities you have.
