IMP: Concern about cleanliness, noise and few other things

Hi Guys,

Few very basic things I would like to bring to your attention please and remind you all one more time.

Fact 1. Security guys have rearranged the chairs as per the original sheet we had. Please advise everyone not to change position of any chair. Chairs are allocated to desks, not individuals. So no one owns them. No one is allowed to use anything that belongs to another without our permission. On the job contract, everyone has agreed to work with the available resources we have. We will aim to improve things, but it will take time.

Fact 2. We had rented a nice building for our office, but unfortunately some people are careless enough to make this nice building dirty. They keep throwing garbage here and there although there are bins on every room (for garbages) and also stray on every corridor (for smokers). We have identified few names from different sources – i.e. security guys, cctv footage, other employees etc. They need to fix themselves immediately and help us keep this office clean. Next time we see someone damaging this nice office, we will unfortunately humiliate them in front of others. As I don’t think we are at the stage of educating someone on such basic things to become civilized.

Fact 3: We have had few complaints from the landlord already for excessive noise made by our staffs. So this needs to be stopped please, specifically after evening till morning and when you are using the stairs or lift. We shouldn’t hear any more complaints please. We need to understand there are other tenants on the building. Also no one should be gathering in front on the building please. We need to minimize the parties inside the office which would create noise.

@Tina, can you please ensure the above topics are covered during induction of new employees?
