Hi Everyone,

I want to give you some very simple rules about calling clients (if you ever need to speak to clients).

Rule 1: never ever ever tell a client to call you. They are teh boss, you dont tell the boss to call you. YOU call the client.

Rule 2: dont forget rule 1.

Rule 3: always test your phone, skype, whatever you are using for the phone call. Dont give the client excuses about your skype not working etc. You ensure you fixed it already.

Rule 4: Introduce yourself when the call starts by saying "Hi xxxxx, its Rob from Staff India, how are you?"
of course xxxx = clients name.

Keypoint :-
