Dear All,

It gives me great pleasure to announce a NEW TEAM LEADER.

Effective 1st April 2018, MIck will be promoted as an official Team Leader.

Very soon your managers will send you an updated Team Structure so you can see who the team members will be for our new Team Leader.

At Staff India, we notice everyone and everything. Some of you might be working on roles that get little attention from me or your managers, but trust me we notice and watch:

- how you handle situations
- how you behave
- how you operate
- how you work
- if you are learning all the time
- your enthusiasm
- your energy
- your personality
- and your attitude.

Staff India is a young growing company. And I hope it will continue to grow with everyone's hard work and contribution. Everyone is important here. Even our maid is important! As a growing company there will always be more opportunities for promotion and developing yourself.

In our next Annual Conference I will be discussing Career Progression so that you can see the opportunities you have in this awesome growing company!
