Hello Everyone,

I am pleased to announce that we have trained some Team Leaders in basic IT Support so that if you have any issues, and no IT Support person Is available, then your Team Leader can fix the problem.

There were many people who have done the training and showed the same enthusiasm, but of course we can only select a few people to give access to our IT infrastructure.

I would like to congratulate the following people for earning this responsibility and showing the enthusiasm and dedication to keep supporting the Staff India family:

Morning Shift - Sam, Kevin

Evening Shift - Andy, Rupart

Part Time - Shane

So once again if an IT support person is not available, these guys will be able to help with your IT problems.

Nobody should hamper with the IT or network. Only the IT Support guys and the Team Leaders who have been trained on basic IT support are allowed to fix IT problems.
