Dear All,

It gives me great pleasure to announce a NEW TEAM LEADER.

Effective 1st February 2016 , Kevin will be promoted as Team Leader.

At Staff India, we notice everyone and everything. Some of you might be working on roles that get little attention from me or your managers. Which is perfectly natural.

But… we notice and watch:

- how you handle situations
- how you behave
- how you operate
- how you work
- if you are learning all the time
- your enthusiasm
- your energy
- your personality
- and your attitude.
Staff India is a young growing company. And I hope it will continue to grow with everyone’s hard work and contribution. Everyone is important here. Even our maid is important! As a growing company there will always be more opportunities for promotion and developing yourself.
I remember when it was just me and Krish.

Krish was working alone in BD office, I was working alone in UK office.

It is with hard work and dedication that today Staff India is where it is.

Please congratulate Kevin on this new role which I hope he will maintain well whilst maintaining his work as well. Kevin will be Team Leader for all Web Developers we have.
