Meeting Room Booking Procedure

Hi TL’s,
Hope you are doing great. As you already know that we have to arrange the weekly team meeting with our team mates. Of course we have to do that in the meeting room. Now the question is how do we all use the same meeting room. To solve this problem you need to check the meeting room status. How will you do that?
• You have to check SI shared calendar to see if there is any other meting booked on meeting room. I hope you all have this shared calendar added to your Outlook as per my email sent to you all couple of weeks ago.
• If you see the meeting room is already booked at that time, you need to reschedule your meeting time and send an email to Ross for approval.
• once he approves, send a meeting request on Outlook immediately to your team members, Ross and Alan.
• Once Ross/Alan accepts the meeting request on Outlook you will get a receipt and your meeting time will be shown on the shared calendar.
