Dear All,

It gives me great pleasure to announce a NEW TEAM LEADER.

Effective 6th July 2015, Alfred will be promoted as Team Leader.

At Staff India, we notice everyone and everything. Some of you might be working on roles that get little attention from me or your managers. Which is perfectly natural.

But… we notice and watch:

- how you handle situations
- how you behave
- how you operate
- how you work
- if you are learning all the time
- your enthusiasm
- your energy
- your personality
- and your attitude.

Staff India is a young growing company. And I hope it will continue to grow with everyone’s hard work and contribution. Everyone is important here. Even our maid is important! As a growing company there will always be more opportunities for promotion and developing yourself.
I remember when it was just me and Krish.
Krish was working alone in BD office, I was working alone in UK office.
Soon after we had Ross, Alan, Simon join. It was just these guys in our previous office. It is hard working in a new company… where there is nobody and only 4-5 people. But these guys kept themselves motivated, energised, focused.
I know things aren’t perfect in the office, but we will always try and make things better, and I THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONTINUED HARD WORK.
So anyways before I get sentimental, initially, Alfreds team members will be Mary and Natalie, and soon he will have new team members joining him.
Thank you again, and best wishes to Alfred in this new challenge.
