Dear All,
I just want to announce something a bit more formally, as I feel there is some confusion and uncertainty in the air.
Tina, our senior Colleague has been promoted as HR Manager.
This means she will be getting involved with all colleagues at some point regarding training, work, etc.
Some of you have already seen she has contacted you regarding the internal work you are doing. Of course she is doing this according to my instructions.
So to avoid any confusions, Tina will be working closely with me, and delegating tasks and training to many of you on my behalf.
Please respect her new role as HR and co-operate with Tina. Her job is to help to guys improve, become better at your work, and help make your work environment better.
Thank you again, and best wishes to Tina in this new challenge.
