Hi Guys,
Just a heads up, everyday before starting your work, please check your equipment if it is in good condition. If you find anything damaged/not working then please email immediately to the IT Executives/Managers. I t will help us to find out who damages the equipment and thus he will have to pay for this as per the agreement we all signed with the company.
If you do not inform immediately before starting your work and the next person using this computer informs then unfortunately you will have to bear the penalty. So, please be careful on this.
• Equipment means computers/laptops, chairs, mouse, keyboards, headphones or any other things attached to your desk.
I have told this already previously, that you should always follow this checklists while you arrive into the office:
• Sign into the register book
• Clean your desk & computers
• Turn on your computer and clock in
• Check to see if all equipment are working properly
Remember that, most laptop troubles are caused by dusts as dusts enter into the cooling fan and thus the laptops generate excessive heat which could damage to any parts. So please always keep your desk clean and dust free.
