Hi Everyone,
To begin this announcement, I just want to say that 2014 has been a very good year for us. I hope 2015 will also be a good year for us.
I want you all to know that I am very proud of our Staff India team.
However – how do we ensure 2015 will be a good year for us? The answer is simple – by PURE HARD WORK and having the right thinking.
It is very important that:
We all THINK LIKE A CLIENT. We all THINK LIKE A FOREIGNER. And we DO NOT think like a Bangladeshi.
We are all hard workers, and I am proud to say this about Staff India.
We all need to continue to work hard.
We must always work together as a team
We must always try our 100% effort
We must always try to impress our clients
We must always try to achieve targets
You should all know that I really appreciate everyone’s hard work. Without each persons hard work – there will be no Staff India.
I want to also thank your Managers and Team Leaders for leading the company well, and maintaining everything.
You will remember from the conference meeting in July 2014 that I said our target for Staff India at end of 2015 is to have 100 employees.
I will work very very hard to achieve this. But I also need your help.
How can you help achieve this target?
You just need to work your best and impress the clients. If we lose a client this is very very bad news for us. Every client is important to us. It doesn’t matter if it is a small client with 1 virtual employee, or a big client with 10 virtual employees. All clients are important to us.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR CLIENT. ALWAYS IMPRESS THEM. Go ahead and work overtime if you need to. Stay behind after your work hours to complete your work. Do not fail your client.
Profit Share When Staff india reaches this target of 100 employee I will be introducing a “Company Profit Sharing Scheme”. This will be for every employee at Staff India.
End of each month, every employee will get a profit share. So of course if the company is performing well everyone will get a bigger profit share each month. If we lose clients, then everyone will get a smaller profit share. Each month the profit share will be different depending on the company performance.
I hope this will encourage you all to work as a team. Look after each other. Support each other in your work. Because we are TOGETHER, we are ONE.
