Hello Everyone,
*** Please read this email below that I sent previously to remind you about TRAINING ****
As you all know we are a ‘people’ business. This means the quality of Staff India as a company depends on the quality of our people, US.
When you all join Staff India, I train you in different ways to prepare you to be ready to work with our clients. This is a very important stage because unfortunately almost nobody in Sylhet is suitable to work with foreign clients without some introductory training.
Although many of you are working with clients your learning and development still needs to continue.
You need to continue to do training.
You need to continue to learn. You need to continue to make yourself better and more skilled.
There are many benefits of doing this, but here are 2 key reasons:
1. Learning, knowledge and skill will stay with you forever. So the more you learn the more you train it is better for you personally.
2. If you continue to do training you will become better and better virtual employees. This will means you will stay with our clients longer. Also you will already have the right skills to start with new clients.
So I hope you all understand the IMPORTANCE OF ONGOING TRAINING during your career in Staff India.
So I am currently creating an individual training plan for everyone. It is compulsory for you to follow this training plan, do the exams, pass the exams, and APPLY YOUR NEW SKILLS in our job. And yes certificates will be awarded if you pass the exams.
In order to do the training, you are all required to start work 45 mins early every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. 3 days per week you will all start work 45 mins early and do your training for 45 minutes before you start ‘working’. This is not an option people, I am making this compulsory for everyone, because everyone needs to improve and become better. This is including me, I have to do ongoing training as well in UK to become better.
I hope you will all enjoy the ongoing training and become better and smarter virtual employees at Staff India.
