Hi Everyone,

I have some future client requirements coming soon. So as you may have noticed I am hiring again at Staff India.

I appreciate the loyalty of all our employees, and i hope that we have good people working at Staff India. For this reason i am happy to take any references of anyone you know who is looking for a dynamic careers working with your foreign clients.

So please feel free to forward me any CVs for people you want to recommend. I will try interview everyone you recommend, but of course i will not be letting all your friend work here - otherwise this place will become a football club! :-)

To give you an idea of the type of candidate i will be hiring - I like the following types of candidates in order of preference:

1. People with software ` skills - web development, phh, c#, asp.net etc – this shows me they are good brain logic

2. People who have done freelancing work – this shows me they have common sense and business logic

3. People who are doing things outside their field – like finance grad doing web development – this shows me others interests and passion, and diversity 4. People who have various networking skills, not just ccna. i.e. did ccna and some software skills

5. People who have other degrees but are well spoken and sound smart so they will be good VAs
