Most of you are working with a client now, so that is great news!

Some of you are working on remote client systems client web systems so as a result you dont really have much client data or work on your computer.

But there are also many of you who have a lot of client information and data. This is critical information for the client. To us it is worthless, but for our client it is important. For this reason we need save this data and ensure we have backup!

Max has already informed you all to do WEEKLY BACK UP OF YOUR WORK FILES TO THE FILE SERVER.

Please ensure you do this every week! This is not for anyone - it is only for you. for your safety.

If you ever lose any client information / work / or data because your laptop has crashed etc, you will be fired instantly unfortunately.

I hope you all understand this is a very serious matter.
