Hi All,

Hope that you are doing well.

As you can see, we are growing again, which is great. However, this will create some challenges. One of the challenges will be getting space on the dining table when you want to take your lunch or dinner, as you may see that the room is already full with other staff taking their lunch/dinner at the same time.

So to make this efficient for everyone, we have created a simple booking system for the dining table so that at a specific time, only the people who booked the space can use this for their lunch/dinner.

The process is simple, after clocking in each day, you need to book a slot from the available options when you want to take your lunch break. I have attached a video link to show how to use this system.

I request everyone to use this new system from 4th April 2025 to book the dining table space. No one should be using the dining table without a booking please.
