Dear All,
As you all know Staffindia is growing as a business every day, the number of employees are also increasing day by day.
So to operate & manage the business better in coming days, we are working on improving different aspect of the business, to make things better in terms of operation, management and most importantly work environment.
As part of this effort, we are reminding you the office culture/environment.
"Reminding Work culture/office Environment"
In our BPO industry there is a saying “adopt the culture where you operate”
After all these years of operating in Bangladesh, we have noticed that people are not comfortable in adopting foreign work culture; they prefer their own, which makes sense.
So like this quote mentioned above says, we are also going to adopt Bangladeshi office culture and etiquette instead of importing foreign one here.
Thus, we have decided to remind you on how we address our seniors, who are higher in position than us. We will be addressing them “Sir/Madam” orally for now and in writing as well later on.
So from now on you all will address your superior in terms of rank as “Sir/Madam”.
i.e. Daniel, HR manager (AGM) should be addressing General Manager, Managing Director and Board of Directors as Sir.
TL & everyone should be addressing Head of department (HR, IT) or Manager, as Sir
Any confusion about this notice, please contact HR for clarification.
I understand it will take few days to get used to calling your seniors as Sir / Madam. But this rule will be effective from Monday 24th February, so please start using this way of talking with each other with respect.
Keypoint :-
*** We will be addressing superiors as “Sir/Madam”
