We are sharing this existing Rule with you as you are quite new to the company, and maybe you didn’t see this notice before.

Men's Dress Code:

Acceptable:

* Plain single-color or striped shirts (full or half sleeve)
* Plain trousers
* Ties are optional but preferred.

Unacceptable:

* Checkered shirts
* Multi-colored shirts
* T-shirts
* Jeans
* Shorts
* Casual trousers (e.g., sportswear)
* Shirts with dots, shades, artwork, or boxes (even on otherwise plain shirts)

Women's Dress Code:

Acceptable:

* Plain salwar kameez
* Blouse and trousers/skirt

Unacceptable:

* Multi-colored clothing
* Clothing with heavy patterns
* Fancy dress
* Clothing that is not neutral and plain


****Please ensure you are following the dress code.
****Fridays are designated as "open dress" days for all employees.

Dress Code Violation Penalty:

* A one-hour salary deduction will be applied for each dress code violation.
* Three violations within a single month will result in a formal warning for non-compliance with company policy.
