Hi All,

It gives me great pleasure to announce a new TEAM LEADER.

Effective 1st May 2023, RONNY will be promoted as an official Team Leader, leading the group of people under my supervision.

Ronny has joined us with a lot of energy as a Junior Executive. He started to impress us from the very beginning of his career with us. He has taken control of most of the assigned tasks and has served different clients successfully. As a result, he was being promoted as a General Executive back in 2020. But he didn't stop there and continued to develops his skills and abilities.

He is managing his client well and also helping us with the SI blog and different design works for HR, being an organized person with proven reliability. He is passionate about his work and takes his job very seriously. This gives us confidence that he will be a good Team Leader who will work for the benefit of our company.

I believe that this also sets an example of no matter what position you joined us with - there is always a chance for you to keep developing yourself and move up to the organizational structure.

At Staff India, we notice everyone and everything. Some of you might be working on roles that get little attention from your managers, but we assure you we watch everything, the good and the bad people. We watch the people who care about the company and those who don’t care so much. We watch for things like:

- how you handle situations
- how you behave
- how you operate
- how you work
- if you are learning all the time

- your energy
- your personality
- and your attitude.
