Hello Guys,

Hope that you are doing well. As you are aware that since the last few days, COVIT-19 cases are increasing rapidly in BD, and also a new type of virus was identified recently which can cause more damage to us.

The COVIT-19 guidelines are already in place, however, I would like to remind you all again about this and request you all to strictly follow these guidelines. We have already seen a number of our employees are sick with COVIT symptoms and we need to force some safety measures to ensure that the employees are staying safe from each other.

1. The security will measure the temperature of an employee before he/she clocks in and if someone has a high temperature, he/she will not be allowed to clock in or start working until a manager authorizes this or arranges an alternative for him/her.

2. Everyone must sanitize their hands at the front desk every time they come from outside the office and before touching the clock In PC.

3. The securities will clean the desk and other common spaces people usually touch every day before starting the shift.

4. People having coughs or sneezing must wear a mask all the time, other people also wear masks as long as possible while working closely with others.

5. Everyone must wear the masks while doing prayer in Jamat.

6. More than 4 people are not allowed at a time in the dining space. If there are already such numbers of people there, other people need to wait before they finish. And while in the dining/kitchen, everyone must finish eating as soon as possible so other people can enter and finish theirs.

7. Everyone must clean/sanitize their hands after touching common objects i.e. door nobs etc.

8.No one should be hiding their sickness and put others at risk of infection. If someone is sick, they should always contact a manager and seek their help and support.

I hope everyone understands these guidelines clearly and will cooperate with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
