Dear All,
We all know by now that the virus COVID 19 a.k.a Corona has taken a shape of pandemic recently and rocking the west at the moment. The Number of patients increasing exponentially.
Though this deadly virus surfaced near Bangladesh, in China but we were still kind of “safe” until this massive influx of NRBs from west happened over the last 2 weeks, which have made us more vulnerable than before, increased our exposure to this virus.
Like you all, our SI Management is equally concerned about it, we are observing the situation closely and set a goal for us to keep you safe, make our office a safe a place to work, for all of us.
To achieve this goal, we need your help, help by following this instruction below to maintain your personal hygiene that will keep you safe,
Please wash your hands
• Soon as you come at work, even BEFORE CLOCK IN
• Do it every time you leave your seat for whatever reason and go out of your room. I.e. Balcony, toilet, kitchen/dining area.
• Avoid shaking hands
• Avoid going out of office in break time, I.e. to get food or tea. Get them on the way to office.
• Avoid eating out [in your personal time, it’s good for your family too] and socializing.
• Do wash your hands before anything when you get home too. [I hope you all already doing it]
Basically doing all the things that has been advised by health professionals, trust me if you do your part, not only you but your family and office, we all will be safe from this virus.
Management will ensure your PC/keyboard/mouse/desk/chair etc are clean before your shift starts.
Let’s maintain our personal hygiene and keep the virus away.
Regards
Khayrul Alam Krish
