Hi Everyone

I am really happy to announce a New Virtual Assistant.

Effective 1st January 2020, Sally will be promoted as an new Virtual Assistant.

Sally joined the company with a lot of energy. She is very passionate about her work and she learns new things all the time. She always finds ways to solve problems, and she never says “I can’t do it”. She is passionate about her work, and takes her job very seriously. These are some qualities of a Virtual Assistant. This gives us confidence to promote her as a Virtual Assistant.

Very soon your managers will send you an updated Team Structure so you can see who the team members will be for our new Team Leader.

At Staff India, we notice everyone and everything. Some of you might be working on roles that get little attention from your managers, but we assure you we watch everything, we watch the good and the bad people. We watch the people who care about the company and those who don’t care so much. We watch for things like:

- how you handle situations
- how you behave
- how you operate
- how you work
- if you are learning all the time
- your enthusiasm
- your energy
- your personality
- and your attitude.

Staff India is a young growing company and there will always be future opportunities for promotion.
