Hello Everyone,

This notice is for everyone working here for more than 3 months and do not have a Brac Bank account yet to receive their salaries. You are hereby advised to open the accounts as soon as possible and by 15th October, please.

As a company, we are bound to some legal obligations and we have been advised by our banks to reduce the mass cash withdrawal significantly and make payments through accounts in order to avoid any issues from the central bank and other government agencies.

When we pay through accounts, it has a reference of the transaction, but when we pay in cash it doesn't have any valid reference and we may face troubles going forward to prove where we have spent the monies we got.

Also, cash payments are a lot of hassle for us that Alan and I have been taking for a long time. But now we have no other options but to stop this asap as we do not want to get into any trouble for no reason. We must keep out accounts clean with records of all expenses we are making.

So from November 2019, we won't be making any cash payments. Everyone who has completed their 3 months probation period must have their own Brac Bank account to receive their salaries. If anyone failed to do so, unfortunately, their salaries will be held.

Once the account is created and activated, email me directly the account name and number. Please note the below:

1. If any of your family members have an account in Brac Bank, you can use that as well. But you will need to submit a written application to me to authorize this.
2. You cannot use other employee's accounts to receive your salary as this violates our terms.
3. Staff India doesn't have any intention to use any other banks and we are unable to transfer funds to other banks as the system has a lot of bugs and often funds got stuck and take a very long time to get them cleared.

Please get in touch with your supervisors or other senior employees who have accounts to learn how can you open a Brac Bank account easily.
