Hi all, As you know, we are approaching the end of the Pi running session, and 10 staff members will be transitioning out of the team starting next Monday. We need to evaluate contracts for the remaining staff based on their performance and attendance. Please refer to the attached performance list of the Pi staff, and let's discuss our options. From my perspective, I recommend that we release Alfred and Miller due to their ongoing performance and attendance issues. Additionally, Sharin and Annie have also struggled with their performance.

Admin 21st Feb, 2025 at 05:20 AM Lets first decide which 10 people will stay for defnite. that is easy part. that will leave 10 (or 8 people) who need to be removed. from tehse 8 people we can evaulate on: a. who should stay for anotehr client project. b. who should be removed due to low perfomance
