Hi Steve,

A discussion wiht few of us only. as i want to keep this concise and look at the technical things we have implemented and technical ideas we can implement for keeping clients anonymous.

few things i remember we have or should have implemented:

1. usb port blocked so nobody can used usb

2. social media blcoked including youtube. youtube acccess is only received by permission

3. external email blocked - but i can see this one is problematic since we need to use google drive or gmail. BUT we need to see ways of locking this to only the accounts that are saved already to teh computer.

4. No bags in the office

5. Random security checks on people to see waht they are taking into the office - i bleive we are not doing thsi for a long time, it is time to start thsi afgain. really it should have been happening even when we had few people.

To show people fairness, including managers need to be checked because managers are ADVOCATES of the proceedure.

So here are few points to start off the conversation... can we keep dicussion what otehr points there are to maintain and increase client anonymous.
