As you are aware, employees who have completed six months of continuous service with the company are eligible for permanent employment status. Based on our recent hiring activity, a number of employees are approaching this milestone within the next 1-1.5 months. A list of these employees is attached for your reference. The transition to permanent employment will necessitate several considerations:
To ensure a smooth and equitable transition for these employees, I think we need to address the following:
I kindly request your input and suggestions on the most effective approach to address these considerations to ensure a smooth transition from contractual to permanent contract that is beneficial for our company as well. |

Steve (Shabab Zahir)17th Jan, 2025 at 07:46 AM Allen : Similar calibar like Reece. A little shy. But serious about his job, very punctual. As i observe All EST guys via CCTV i dont see him gossiping with others. His communication is good. Both written and verbally. I would suggest to offer him Permanent contract. |

Daniel (Dipta Dhar)17th Jan, 2025 at 06:05 AM Allen should be included in the list, as he is also close to completing five months. @Steve, could you please share your thoughts on him? |

Ross (MD. Abdul Razzak Chowdhury)17th Jan, 2025 at 05:27 AM On this note, if we want to remove Michael and Karl permanently, we need to do it before they complete 6 months. Daniel, when is the current contract ending for these two? I assume we had a 3 months contract? |

Ross (MD. Abdul Razzak Chowdhury)17th Jan, 2025 at 04:52 AM Drew - he is a senior person who is older than me. An interesting person who has failed in many businesses after returning from the UK. Very polite and humble, doesn't possess many skills, only suitable for DA role within a team. However, he is a nice person. I don't mind giving him a permanent contract. |

Alan (Abdullah Al Amran)10th Jan, 2025 at 02:53 AM Ralph: Ralph is a loyal guy. He worked on Pi team along with VMG. It is true he has a lack of skill, but he is a dedicated guy. Tammy: Recently, we move her to Daniel’s client. Soon she will become a VA. She is the only girl who worked on GMT shift without any transport facility. Spencer: Spence is working on Vicktor team now. His performance is good. I don’t think he will leave this job soon. Mick: Mick is a very dedicated guy. He has only a physical issue. He can’t speak fluently. He can be a VA. Seth: Seth’s performance is very well in pi team. We are not sure about this guy. He can leave Staff India. |

Admin9th Jan, 2025 at 08:56 PM HI Daniel, thanks for starting this discussion, glad you realised this on time and starting to discuss on time.
so to begin wtih, we need to evaluation qualitatively regarding each person in teh list. Meaning.. id like all respective managers of the staff to give a little input on each person in the list as to "what they think of the staff... sttrong? weak? no skill? can become VA? loyalty? sincereity? attendance issue? reliability issue? etc
This will help us understand who deserves a permanent contract and who can be released, or temporary contract extended.
