Hi Everyone, I have recently noticed a concerning issue. Some employees have been losing their food from the dining hall. Due to fear of retaliation with their colleagues, they haven't reported the incidents to management. To address this, I propose installing an IP camera in the dining hall. We're eager to hear your suggestions on how to prevent this behavior. |

Admin24th Jan, 2025 at 04:59 AM This situation is common in all work environment, so we need tp implement few techniques for this actually.
i ahve seen other offices i visit use these techniques, which as HR you can implement please - VIA DELEGATING to Logistics manager Kukon.
1. Print some clear signs, using COLOUR like REd for each offence. e.g "PLEASE CLEAN AFTER USING" or use questions like "Did you clean your plates?" 2. lets go ahead and install and IP Camera asap - liaise with Ross to put in a purcashe order for this. 3. we need a PEON to keep cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in teh office and mainly the kitchen area.

Daniel (Dipta Dhar)20th Jan, 2025 at 08:10 PM We are receiving daily complaints about cleanliness and lost food in the dining room. Installing an IP camera is crucial to address these issues and to visually monitor staff behavior. Despite instructing staff hundreds of times to keep utensils neat and clean, some individuals still leave used spoons, mugs, and plastic bags without properly disposing of or cleaning them. Therefore, having a camera is essential for identifying those responsible and resolving these unwanted issues. The number of staff is increasing so we need to take the initiative on such hygienic issues asap. |
