Hi All, You know, we post job adverts on TC for our required vacancies and pull job seekers through this site. HR shares the job post on the TC FB page, and different job groups on FB and Linkedin to ensure more views and applications. We also encourage our employees to share the job posts from their personal social media profiles to enrich the engagement. But, we need a discussion on the following topic to ensure a systemic strategy of Job Marketing.

Admin27th Mar, 2024 at 02:42 AM what i am looking for is to make it COMPULSORY for all employees of staff india to 'make their social media profiles avaiable to the company'.
this is a techinque i learnt form another company, they have a condition of employment that any employee has to agree share/post company social stuff on their linkedin/facebook/twitter account.
This was difficult to push through in the past due to lots of staff, now that we are back to small size, i think it is an OPPORTUNITY to implement this as mandatory for getting a job here (and also applies to all existing staff).
all staff of SI shold be supporting the company, sharing and posting some stuff for the company is harmless, but very very helpful for the company by incerasing teh reach of our content. |
