The aim of the video makings is to show that staff india is REAL.

So there will be 2 sides to this:

SIDE 1 - the offshore office side, things happening that we can show the world we are real. good things like promotions, employee intro speech, events.... keep thinking what else we can make video of and show.
This side of video creating will serve for clients to show them we are REAL.
and it will serve for JOB SEEKER marketing to encourage people to know of us and join us.

SIDE 2 - content that relates to other business owners, such as making video version of a blog, tutorial, here is an example of the type of video we would look to create:

So lets keep positing VIDEO TOPICS/idea for the next 2 weeks, until we have a list of various ideas, then I can work with HR guys on organising this.

I do not know much about content marketing but I think we can record the below things as part of ongoing content that we can post on the blog/FB page.

* Joining of a new employee
* Promotions/employee of the month
* Events
* Mini quiz sessions with teams - may be arranged weekly quiz contests between 2 groups (2-3 people per group to keep this less crowded). Dynamically rotate them and have different groups of people each week. This will be fun, exciting, and a good content for marketing.
