I have noticed the hiring is WEAK nowadays. and i hear all sorts of excuses and obstacles.
the fact of the matter is bangladesh has 140 million people, and most of them are looking for jobs. but there are not enough jobs in that country.
so YES there are people availalbe. the qeustion is "are you marketing the job sufficiently" to get the audience to KNOW that your job exists.
once upon a time when i was handling HR work with Tina - we never ever faced a problem of "we cant find people". but it seems to be a common thing i get from you. and i realise that your marketing is weak. your not telling the world about your job vacancies.
So i want to make this strong again, so lets discuss this and finalise a strong HR marketing plan for current and upcoming vacancies so that we never have this discussion again - and alwyas HR is smoothly hiring the right people when needed.
To BEGIN WITH... please break it down for me... what HR marketing are you doing for job vacancies? it might be easier to upload a word file with a tabel to show the marketing method, costs involved, average result from each method etc.

here is another thing you have overlooked. even though we have this centralised system you are unable to keep up and i am finding this same pattern repatedly mate. i dont know what is going on with you or your email, but you need to fix up mate and get on top of your things. This thread was from November, so it has nothing to do with the recnet client work handover.
